Dear Valued Customer, 

Due to significant and ongoing increases in global fuel prices, we are implementing a 2.5% fuel surcharge on the pretax invoice amount for all deliveries (capped to a maximum of $500), effective for new orders received as of April 20th, 2026. Existing bookings, including reservations for future deliveries, will be exempt. 

This surcharge has become necessary because of sharp rises in global fuel costs, driven by geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East. The conflict involving Iran has restricted access through the Strait of Hormuz, a critical route for global oil supply, causing fuel prices to surge dramatically, which is directly impacting transportation and logistics expenses for our deliveries. We continue to monitor the situation closely and remain committed to minimizing cost increases while ensuring reliable service. The surcharge will be clearly itemized on your invoices
